Terms of Service
The agreement between your practice and Dentelo covering the service, payment, and each side's responsibilities.

This page is a structural draft for the product build, not reviewed legal text. Have counsel review it before you publish or rely on it.
1.The service
Dentelo provides an automated telephone answering and appointment-scheduling service. We answer calls placed to numbers you provision through us, converse with callers, and — where you have connected a practice management system and enabled it — create appointments in that system on your behalf.
We do not provide clinical advice, triage decisions, or medical services of any kind. The service is a scheduling and communications tool. Clinical judgment remains entirely with your licensed providers.
2.Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you configure — your hours, your providers, your insurance list, your scheduling rules and your escalation numbers. The receptionist answers from what you tell it.
You are responsible for maintaining a working escalation path for emergencies, including a monitored on-call number, and for reviewing escalations promptly.
You are responsible for your own compliance obligations as a covered entity, including obtaining any patient consents your jurisdiction requires beyond the disclosures we make on every call.
3.Fees and billing
Plan fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Usage charges — additional minutes, SMS, phone numbers and registration fees — are billed in arrears at the rates published on our pricing page.
Plans are month to month unless you select an annual term. You may cancel at any time from the billing page, effective at the end of the current period. Annual plans are refunded for unused whole months.
4.Availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability for call answering. Where we fail to meet it, service credits are available on request.
Telephone networks, your carrier, and your practice management system are outside our control. Where a booking cannot be written because your PMS is unreachable, the receptionist takes a message instead and flags it in your dashboard.
5.Termination
You may terminate at any time. We may terminate for non-payment after notice, or immediately for use of the service to harass, defraud, or violate law.
On termination we will, at your election, export your data to you or delete it. Phone numbers provisioned through us can be ported out to a carrier of your choosing.
